we came in late on a Saturday night and right away service was great. Front desk was very helpful! We asked about buying some drinks outside of the hotel and it was after 9 pm so we weren’t allowed to but instead of just telling us the Milwaukee County law they were also on the phone calling around different counties. I was just really impressed because it wasn’t that big of a deal to us as it was to the employees to help us out. As they were on the phone we had a chat with an employee who later brought us our roll away bed and he was very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was with the breakfast. We came in and the staff didn’t really notice us standing there by the register so we weren’t sure if we should sit and eat ourselves or wait to be seated. We finally seated ourselves with the understanding that it was busy. Overall, Great stay for what we needed.
We stopped in town for a short visit to the Milwaukee area. The front desk was ever so helpful in giving hints and directions to the area attractions to help maximize our stay. This enabled us to take in all we intended to see. Thank you once again.
The continental breakfast was really great – lots of fresh fruit. We made reservations for August 2010. Front Desk staff was very helpful. Thank you – Ramada staff made our Irish Fest experience really super.
I stay at many hotels through the year. This was one of my best hotel experiences in a long time. Outstanding room fees and it included a wonderful casino package. The continental breakfast was very nice and the beds themselves were very comfortable. Recently stayed at a hotel booked through hotels.com. The experience was terrible both with the hotel and hotels.com. Swore to make my own reservations from now on. You made that experience well worth my time to look for my own hotel. Fabulous.
After checking out, the front desk called a cab for us to go to the Amtrak station. The cab was late in arrival. The front desk offered to take us. We really appreciated that gesture.
I stay there whenever I’m in Milwaukee. Everyone is great, helpful and friendly at all times.
