Review of dental history
Discussion of patient needs & expectations
Comprehensive Examination
Oral cancer exam
Complete set of diagnostic x-rays
Study model impressions when needed
Periodontal Screening (checking health of gum tissue)
Video tour of your mouth via Accucam
Review of your medical condition
Blood Pressure Check
Doctor/patient discussion of the examination findings, treatment
options & recommendations
Please bring any insurance card or booklets you may have concerning your coverage. We will review these with you in order to maximize your benefits.
