Darling's can accommodate any function from a small meeting to a large weeding. We can arrange the rooms so that they are tailored for every occasion. We have access to a Television VCR/DVD combo, overhead projector, projection screen, pads, pens, easel with paper, podium, microphone, and built in speaker system in the Empire Room.
EMPIRE ROOM The Empire room is our largest of the halls with a built in bar and inlay dance floor. Newly renovated in 2006 with rich earth tones this stunning ballroom can be used as one for 300 people or can be divided in half to accommodate smaller functions.
APOLLO ROOM The Apollo Room is located across the hall from the Empire Room. Apollo is tastefully decorated and can accommodate functions up to 100 people.
THE BRISTOL The Bristol Room is located on the second floor and can accommodate up to 100 people and is great for meetings. The room has its own bathroom, dry erase board, and phone.
NEWPORT ROOM The Newport Room is our board room located on the first floor great for meetings of up to 10 people.
NARRAGANSETT ROOM The Narragansett Room is great for smaller theater style meetings or smaller meetings up to 50 people.
